To Configure Sample Forms

Follow these steps to configure sample forms for Asset Lifecycle Information Management.

Note: This topic applies to Sample Transportation installations only.

Navigate to the Bentley Forms Designer website.
Click Connect to datasource.
In the ServerURL box, enter your WSG URL, for example, http://alim.com/wsg.
Note: Do not include the version.
Select your Datasource.
Enter your Username and Password, and then click Sign In.
Select EB_ECPLUGIN_SCHEMA from the list, and then click Connect.
Once your forms list is loaded, append MigrateForms.aspx to the end of the current URL address, for example. change https://alim.com/BentleyForms/ to https://alim.com/BentleyForms/MigrateForms.aspx, and then press <Enter>. A list of forms to migrate appears, for example:

Note: Select forms to Migrate list will be empty, if you do not have any existing forms.
Click Choose file.
Browse to [Deployment_directory]\common\forms, and select eBforms.zip.
Select Overwrite any forms on the current datasource whose Code is the same as an imported form, and then click Import.

Note: The import may take a few minutes to complete. When the import has completed, a Results pane appears, listing the import log details, for example:
Run update_form_status.sql, located in [Deploy_directory]\common\forms\.
